What can Dual Yellow Laser treat?
Dual Yellow Laser uses copper bromide based laser technology that offers two different wavelengths, 511nm and 578nm. These wavelengths correspond well with the absorption peaks for vascular (hemoglobin) and pigmentation (melanin) chromophores. The laser is able to reach the deep dermis and is absorbed by the pigment without harming surrounding tissue.
The yellow light gently destroys bacteria that causes acne, and condenses overactive sebaceous glands, and in turn reduces sebum production to eradicate acnes. It also stimulates collagen production in the skin to help in evening out scars.
Pigmentation
It fights a wide range of skin pigmentation concerns such as melasma, dark spots, brown spots and pigmentation due to aging or sun damage.
Acnes, Acne Scars
This laser yellow light destroys acne-causing bacteria and regulates sebaceous gland activity to reduce sebum production and prevent scarring. It is also suitable for use to eliminate stretch marks.

Is it safe? What are the possible side effects?
Dual Yellow Laser is very safe because the laser does not injure the outer most layer of the skin. Side effects are minimal and may include redness and mild swelling. Most of these will disappear within hours of the treatment.
How long does each treatment session last?
Each treatment session is about 45mins This includes ultrasound cleansing followed by gentle extraction, 15 mins of laser treatment, followed by an LED treatment immediately after to improve the skin healing process.
Is it painful?
Generally Dual Laser is very well tolerated without anesthesia, even those with very low pain thresholds.
